“Cruising PCC tonight, I see your pie in the cold case. Brain says “you don’t need pie”, stomach says “PIE”. Anyway, pie comes home and I crushed a piece of pumpkin - okay also a piece of apple - and I was literally SO MOVED BY THE PIE I had to send you a message.

Thanksgiving is a notoriously sad time to have Celiac. Did I want to eat, idk, maybe some sweet potatoes or something while my family shoves literal piles of gluten into their faces? Because that’s what happens. But not this year, suckers. This year I’m buying these pies and saying goodbye to holiday pie envy.

Thank you from the bottom of my celiac heart for this. I already love your bread but the pie is a game-changer. Keep doing the gluten-free work, friends. Its greatly appreciated.”
